New Course Double bedroom with en-suite	Duke's Twin bedroom
A lovely, large, fresh room with a view to the front of the property overlooking the waterfall. Has a settee and writing desk. The en-suite has a shower, wash-basin and toilet.	This twin bedroom has a modern feel and is at the top of the property up a spiral staircase, overlooking the garden and woodland to the rear. Uses the shared bathroom or shower-room.
Eden Double bedroom	Jubilee Luxury double bedroom
This is a cosy room, overlooking the waterfall to the front of the property. There is just enough room for a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. Uses the shared bathroom or shower-room.	This is a luxurious room, with space to accommodate a settee, large writing desk, wardrobe and wash-basin. It has a view down the bridge that crosses over the weir. Uses the shared bathroom or shower-room.
The Clubhouse Guest Lounge When the Self-catering facilities are not in use, Bed & Breakfast guests are invited to make use of the guest lounge.
Willow Cottage Self-catering facilities
Willow Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double and the other a twin, or push the beds together for a double), a bathroom (which also has a shower), a large dining kitchen and livingroom with an open fire. Some electricity is included in the price and more can be purchased by topping up the pre-pay card at local shops or purchasing a card from us. Accessibility

Although 3 of the bedrooms are on the first floor of the property, these can be accessed by a rough sloping path around to the back - with no steps needing to be negotiated - however the maximum width is 70cm along here.

Access to the breakfast room requires negotiating one step, with a maximum width of also 70cm.

The twin bedroom is on the second floor and requires a wooden stepped spiral staircase to be negotiated.

Willow Cottage - the front door is accessed by stone steps around the side of the building. Although short, this path is very narrow in places and some of the steps slightly uneven. Willow Cottage is all on one level. To access the garden, further (steep) steps have to be negotiated. Due to steepness and drops, Willow Cottage garden is unsuitable for children or the infirm and guests are requested only to use it at their own risk.
